A funeral service celebrating the life of Ms. Monique Lynette Hall will be held Friday at 11am at New Bethel Baptist Church.  Ms. Hall, 42,departed this life Saturday, January 14, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman. 
Monique  was born September 17, 1974 in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Elder Charles H. and M. Deloris Turnage-Hall Sr.
She was a 1993 graduate of East High School and later attended Choffin Career Center and Youngstown State University. She was a former manager at PCX Clothing Store, and she was formerly employed in the medical and security fields. 
She enjoyed music, skating and dancing. She loved to spend time with her loved ones and friends, especially her children. Monique was also an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. 
She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, M. Deloris Hall; her loving children, J’Saun Nicholas-Ikee Hall, Ja’len Kemar McQueen-Hall, Mya Deloris-McQueen Hall; her siblings, Alice Beck, Charles (Rosie)Hall, Jr., David Hall, Mary Hall, Linda Hall, Sonya (William) Cheverez, Tony (Jennifer Eiland) Cochrane, Keith Hall; her aunts, Cherry Turnage-Robinson, Sandra Turnage, Wanda Thomas, Bradie Higgs;  her uncles, Gary Hudson, Joel Bryant, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends. 
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ceola Hall, Charles and Rosa Lee Turnage; her father; her infant daughter, Chyna Nicole Hall;  her uncle, Charles A. Turnage, Jr.; her siblings, Nicole Elizabeth Turnage, Theresa Mooring, Sheila Hall, Sandra Ballard, Charlene Williams, Freeman Bankston, Pearl Thornton; a nephew, Robert Mooring; and her loving companion, Jumal McQueen. 
Friends may call Thursday from 3-5pm at Washington Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends Friday from 10-11 am at the church.

    I am in such disbelief that Monique is no longer with us. I thinks she was only about 6 years old when I met her, my little sister. You guys have my condolences & my prayers. I love you all. God Bless.
