Please accept my condolences for the loss of you dear loved one. This is the time of year most of us reflect on Jesus and the outstanding sacrifice he made for all of mankind,he gave his perfect life (ro.8:34). One of the greatest benefits we are privileged to gain from his death is the hope of a resurrection to life here on earth. Jesus performed many miracles to show us that he had both the power and the desire to bring our love ones back. One such miracle that we all know is the resurrection of Lazerus, surely he can raise your love one too (John 5:28,29)

I know it's hard losing someone you love in death, but the memories of that love one, will last forever in your heart and mind. May you find comfort in the scripture which speaks of God, being the God of all comfort who never intended for anyone to fall asleep in death. It's also comforting to know that your loved one is also remembered by God, such a wonderful provision. - 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 May this article provide you some comfort: https://www.jw.org/finder?pub=wp16&issue=201609&wtlocale=E&srcid=share

I want to express my sincerest sympathy to the Brandon family and friends because of losing Vonnie recently in death. When our loved ones fall asleep in death, the pain and grief seems unbearable. Our loving God Jehovah (Psalm 83:18) understands how we feel and he comforts us by means of his word the Bible. Psalm 34: 18 tells us: "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit." Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection. (John 5:28, John 6:40 and John 11:23-25) Also, Titus 1: 2 tells us this promise of a resurrection: "is based on a hope of the everlasting life that God, who cannot lie, promised long ago." Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever. For Jehovah himself has spoken it." I am very sorry for your loss. However, Almighty God has provided a guarantee of a resurrection to all people in His memory by resurrecting Jesus from the dead. (Psalm 83:18; Acts 17:31) We will be able to see our loved ones again on a restored earth. (Psalm 37:11, 29) I hope this brings you peace.
