I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. There is a very comforting scripture found at Isaiah 25:8. It says that soon Jehovah will swallow up death forever and that he will wipe away all of the tears. So we can look forward to a time when death will be done away with forever. I hope that this scripture can bring some comfort during this time.

Hi Iva, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. Gloria and I have fond memories of the wonderful times we spent together with you and her. Our hearts go out to you. We will continually remember you and your family in our prayers during this very difficult time. She had a very long and fruitful life. God bless you for the attentive and loving daughter you were. May she rest in peace. Many blessings and much love.

Almighty God created us to live, not to die. Ecclesiates 3:11 says, "He has put eternity in their heart." We die because we are imperfect, but God promises a resurrection of our dear loved ones. Revelation 21:4 says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." May this scripture comfort you.
