Beverly Joyce Hart was born on March 13, 1937 to Jesse Roy Snavely and Frances Louise (Baumbach) Snavely in Superior, Nebraska.  She graduated from Superior High School in 1955 and continued to live in Superior and Mississippi for a brief time.  Beverly always worked with the public - she enjoyed meeting people.  She was a waitress, an aide at the Nursing Home and helped at Slusher’s Furniture - all in Superior. She met and married William L. (Don) Crader in 1955, to this union was born a son, David L. Crader, of T or C, NM and a daughter, Debra L. Davitt, of T or C, NM.

Beverly married Paul Preston Slusher in 1970 and they moved from Nebraska to T or C, NM in 1984. Preston had retired, Beverly worked for years at Sprouse-Reitz, Sierra Vista Hospital and Foxworth Galbraith and the last two years with “Need A Ride?”.

Preston passed away in 1995 and in 1998 she married Richard “Dick” Hart. They loved fishing, dancing in the living room and taking walks. Mr. Hart passed away in 2000.

Beverly loved T or C, the weather and the people - the mountains and the sunshine.  It made her the most happy that both of her children were close and lived in T or C.   On walks she would often say, “Why would anyone want to live anywhere else?”

Survivors include her two children - David L. Crader and Debra L. Davitt and fiancé, Keith Markwood.  Beverly is also survived by three “Furry - Four Legged” grandchildren, Weezy, Huffy and Razo.  She was also a step - grandmother to David Slusher, SC and James Slusher , GA - she was very close to them as they grew up.  Survived also by a very special friend, Sara Campanella - her husband, Jimmy, and their children Andrew, Sean and Ainslee.  Along with many relatives and friends in Nebraska, Missouri and New Mexico as well.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017, at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Kirikos Family Funeral Home.  A meal will be served, immediately following the services at La Cocina Restaurant, 1 Lakeway Drive, T or C, NM.

I enjoyed working with Beverly at Foxworth-Galbraith very much. She was always friendly to all she worked and dealt with. A smile was always on her face. Will think of you a lot when I drive by your and Richard's house on Riverside. A very special person.

Beverly would wait on me at Foxworth and she was one of the nicest people i have ever met. The service industry could have taken lessons from her. She was always happy, friendly and upbeat. My sympathy to all of you!

Beverly was delightful person, I really enjoyed our chats in the Caddy together. She had this great acerbic wit (David, apple doesn't fall far from the tree), a wonderful common-sense wisdom, and a beautiful sense of presence. I also loved how she always presented herself so elegantly. I will miss her very much, and I'm so sorry for your loss.

However, we have the wonderful promise of a resurrection right here on earth when it is restored into a paradise.(Acts 24:15; Psalms 37:9-11, 29) Yes, this is SURE to come for Isaiah 55:11 guarantees that everything he says he accomplishes without fail.
