I wanted to send my love and sympathies to the Johnson family. I am so sorry for hear of your recent loss. Losing a loved one in death can leave us with feelings of sadness and grief. However, the Bible provides a hope that will help to comfort us and to replace those negative feelings with those of happiness for the future. John 5:28,29 says, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." These verses speak of the opportunity to be reunited with our loved ones who have died, to experience a time when "death will be no more." (Revelation 21:4)

To the Family and Friends of Havis Johnson: I would like to express my deepest sympathy. I am sorry for your loss. The death of a love one is a painful experience. Our Heavenly Father is well aware of the hurt you feel. May the God of all comfort provide you with strength in this most difficult time (2 Corinthians 1:3,4). God promises that soon He will remove all causes of pain, suffering, and death (Revelation 21:3,4). We know that Almighty Jehovah God has not only the power but also yearns to fulfill this promise. Until that time, may you find comfort in this promise and treasure the special memories you shared.

I know it's hard losing someone you love in death, but the memories of that love one, will last forever in your heart and mind. May you find comfort in the scripture which speaks of God, being the God of all comfort who never intended for anyone to fall asleep in death. It's also comforting to know that your loved one is also remembered by God, such a wonderful provision. - 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 May this article provide you some comfort: https://www.jw.org/finder?pub=wp16&issue=201609&wtlocale=E&srcid=share
