My heart goes out to the Corner family and I would like to give my condolences. Please look for comfort in God's word found in the bible. 2 Corinthians 1:3, 4 states that God comforts us in all our trials. Zechariah 2:8 gives us comfort from knowing that God feels for us when we suffer.

I know it's hard losing someone you love in death, but the memories of that love one, will last forever in your heart and mind. May you find comfort in the scripture which speaks of God, being the God of all comfort who never intended for anyone to fall asleep in death. It's also comforting to know that your loved one is also remembered by God, such a wonderful provision. - 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 May this article provide you some comfort: https://www.jw.org/finder?pub=wp16&issue=201609&wtlocale=E&srcid=share

My deepest sympathies to the Cornog family. I'm so sorry for your loss. The death of a loved one is a painful experience. Our Heavenly Father is well aware of the pain you're feeling. He promises in His Word, the Bible, to remove death, pain, and suffering. (Revelation 21:3,4). Isaiah 25:8a says, "He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces." We know that Almighty God has not only the power to remove death, but also yearns to do so. Until that time, may you find comfort in the resurrection hope, a promise that one day soon we will be reunited with our loved ones who have died. (John 5:28,29)

I am truly sorry for the loss and pain that the Cornog family and friends are feeling because of losing Mary Anne recently in death. Most of us have had to endure the sorrow of losing a loved one in death. What helped me the most was prayer and faith in God's promises like found here at 1 Corinthians 15: 26 and it tells us: "And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing." God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matt. 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises, including the resurrection. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection. (John 5:28, John 6:40, John 11:23-25) Also, Titus 1: 2 tells us this promise of a resurrection: "is based on a hope of the everlasting life that God, who cannot lie, promised long ago." Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever. For Jehovah himself has spoken it."For more comforting scriptures please visit: http://bit.ly/1K38EFt. It has given me hope, strengthened my faith and helped me find the answer to Why? I know it will do the same for you. Jehovah (Psalm 83:18) invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief. Again, the family is in my prayers and I offer my heartfelt condolences. I am very sorry for your loss. However, Almighty God has provided a guarantee of a resurrection to all people in His memory by resurrecting Jesus from the dead. (Psalm 83:18; Acts 17:31) We will be able to see our loved ones again on a restored earth. (Psalm 37:11, 29)  I hope this brings you peace.
