Deepest sympathies to Alvin's family and friends. This is a trialsome time to pass. May you find comfort in the words of Psalms 46:1 which reads: "God is our refuge and strength, A help that is readily found in times of distress." Yes, our Loving God is ready to give us the comfort we need if we let him. He also has promised that there will be a resurrection right here on earth when it is restored into a paradise. (Acts 24:15; Psalms 37:9-11, 29) Can you see yourself welcoming Alvin back to life? This resurrection is SURE to come because Isaiah 55:11 shows us that everything God promises he accomplishes without fail. You are invited to the memorial celebration of Jesus Death April 11th, 2017. This will show you how this resurrection is possible. Log on to to find the closest location to you.

We were sorry to hear of Alvin's passing. I am sure mom was there to meet him. Every August she would look forward to him coming to visit. She would comment to me, Alvin will be coming soon. And he would always stop and visit with her. I would inevitability run into him at McDonalds, the post office or the library when he was in Dickinson, so I would get to visit with him also. Thinking of all of you during this time. Susan
