My sincere condolences to the family of Mr. Cobb, Sr . To lose a loved one in death is the most devastating event that can take place in our lives. The pain and anguish we feel never truly goes away. Our Heavenly Father is aware of what we are feeling and is here to offer us comfort (2Corinthians 1:3, 4). He holds out wonderful promises concerning our departed loved ones at John 5:28, 29 and Revelation 21:3, 4. To know that there is a better future awaiting those we have lost in death, where the issues, such as sickness and death that plague mankind right now will be things of the past. I hope this can give you the strength to endure the difficult days ahead. Again, I am sorry for your loss.
