When I was a little girl K-2nd grade. I had issues with speech, stuttering to be exact. I overcame those issues with help of Mrs. Dillahunt, she would take extra time with me and even kept in touch with me afterwards, she would send me money throughout college, etc. My heart is heavy to know that she passed away Saturday. It's women like her that inspired me to be an educator. Pray for her family, friends, and former students she touched like myself. #RestInHeaven #LoveYouAlways

Dear Dillahunt family and my dearest friend Tonyah, I am so sorry for the loss of your mom. I met her a few times at some of the weddings you did and she such a quiet and sweet soul. you told me about her staying up with you all night to make some decorations for a wedding. a MOTHER'S LOVE can never be replaced. But I am often reminded of something I heard a preacher say at a another friends's mom's funeral and it was so true...You can mourn for the loss of your mother, but you should also rejoice in the time you had her here with you on Earth. Some people are not as fortunate to know their parents, or to have had them live beyond childhood. Pls know take comfort in knowing she has no more painful test to take. no more meds to make her sick, she is rejoicing with the other angels in heaven and she will be inside of sweet, gentle person you are ALWAYS! I LOVE YOU, MICHELE

Please except our condolences. It's never easy to lose someone you love. The sums it up perfectly when it says that death is and enemy. Almighty God Jehovah through his Son offers hope. At John 11:24,25 Jesus said: " I am the resurrection and the life..." Jesus resurrected Lazarus proving he has the power and the desire to awaken those sleeping death. What a wonderful hope. While your family endur this lose may Jehovah the God of all comfort, supply your family and friends with the comfort you need. Again our deepest condolences.
