Dr. Daniel D. Godfrey, Sr. passed on Tuesday, April 4, 2017. A service honoring his life will be held at New Zion Baptist Church; 408 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Greensboro, NC 27406 on Tuesday, April 11, 2017. The visitation will begin at 12:30 pm and the service will follow at 1:00 pm.The interment will take place following the service at Lakeview Memorial Park; 3600 N Ohenry Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27405. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: The Daniel D. Godfrey, Jr. Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 2487 Greensboro, NC 27420.
