I know it's hard losing someone you love in death, but the memories of that love one, will last forever in your heart and mind. May you find comfort in the scripture which speaks of God, being the God of all comfort who never intended for anyone to fall asleep in death. It's also comforting to know that your loved one is also remembered by God, such a wonderful provision. - 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 May this article provide you some comfort: https://www.jw.org/finder?pub=wp16&issue=201609&wtlocale=E&srcid=share

My deepest sympathies to the Reed family. I'm so sorry for your loss. May "the God of all comfort" give all of you the needed strength to get through each day. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4) The Bible tells us that Jesus wept when his dear friend Lazarus died. Yet, just minutes later, Jesus performed an astounding miracle - he raised Lazarus back to life! (John 11:32-44) In doing so, he gave all mankind solid grounds for faith in the amazing promise he had made earlier in his ministry when he said: "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." (John 5:28,29) What this can mean for you is the real hope of being reunited with your dear loved ones. May the precious promise of the resurrection hope give you a measure of peace. My thoughts and prayers are with you. If you want to know more about the resurrection and what it means for you personally, feel free to visit jw.org.

My heartfelt condolences to the Reed family. It no doubt brings pain when we lose a loved one in death, which is no wonder Jesus likened death to an enemy in 1 Corinthians 15:26. I hope during this difficult time that you can be comforted and strengthened by the words found in Psalm 46:1, where God says he will be your refuge and a help durinrg times of distress.
