My deepest sympathy in the loss of your beloved family member. Death of a loved one is very difficult. The deep emotional pain hurts so much. Our loving heavenly father feels the pain as well. In his word the Bible, there are beautiful words of comfort. Psalm 34:18 is one that has comforted me. It says: Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit. Also Isaiah 25:8 has this promise from God for the future; He (God) will swallow up death forever. And the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe the tears from all faces. You can put your trust in these promises (Isaiah 55:11 ).

You have my sincere condolences. “May the peace of God that surpasses all understanding guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.” (Phil. 4:7) May the hope of a resurrection right here on a restored earth bring you comfort. (Acts 24:15; Psalm 37:11, 29)

To The Family, You have my deepest sympathy on the loss of your dear beloved family member. Jehovah knew that death would cause much suffering, therefore he provided a ransom in Jesus so that we may have an opportunity to live in the future without the threat of dying. Jesus said, "I am the resurrection and the life," at John 11:25. He will resurrect obedient mankind to a beautiful paradise home. Take comfort in this guarantee.
