The Book of Life Closed for Jim Cain Jr. on April 15, 2017 in Fort Pierce Florida, surrounded by his Loving Family.

Jim was retired from Flower's Bakery as a baker. He worked a variety of other jobs to provide for his family. He enjoyed working, maintaining the upkeep of God's house.

He was a former member of Greater Faith 13th Street Church of God where he served diligently on the Usher and Deacon board.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Cain; sons, Wendell Cole and Jimmy Cain; parents Mr. Jim and Annie Randolph Cain; brothers, Eugene Cain and David Cain; and sister Elizabeth Hillie.

Survivors include son, Darwin Cain of Fort Pierce, FL; daughters, Cynthia Cain of Fort Pierce, FL., Drucilla Cain (Willie) Porterfield of New Orleans, LA., Antonette Keitt, and Shanda (Jerome) Johnson both of Bishopville, SC; sister Estella Galloway of Chicago, Illinois; brother in law Willie (Betty) Williams of Fort Pierce, FL; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a host of godchildren and sorrowing friends.

Brother Cain's favorite saying was, "I love you and you can't do a thing about it."

Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday April 22, 2017 at 11:00 AM at New Destiny Family Worship Center, 1301 North 27th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 34947. Interment will follow in Riverview Memorial Park. Viewing will be held on this Friday, April 21, 2017 from 3-7 PM at Stone Brothers Funeral Home Chapel - Fort Pierce.
