I want to offer my condolences to the Pritchett family and friends. It is such a painful thing to lose a love one in death, regardless of how long they have lived. Even Jesus "gave way to tears" when Lazarus died (John 11: 35). Our heavenly Father calls death an enemy that will be taken away forever (1 Corinthians 15:26; Isaiah 25:8). Notice this promise he has given to awaken our love one from sleep in death. At Hosea 13:14 “From the power of the Grave I will redeem them; From death I will recover them.” Let these comforting words from our loving Father keep comforting all of you.
