Funeral ceremony for Henretta Holifield, 86, will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, May 6, 2017, at the Pine Avenue Church Of God with Pastor David Curtis officiating.

Burial will follow in Anniston Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Viewing will be held today from 1-7 p.m. with a wake from 5-7 p.m. at the chapel. Goodson Funeral Home directing. Survivors include her children, Annie Lois (Mac) Cameron, of Tuscaloosa, James Holifield, of Ragland, Wanda Douglas, of Anniston, Marshall Holifield, and Dennis Holifield, both of Hobson City; one brother-in-law, Virgil Holifield, of Phoenix, Ariz.; grandchildren, Tyrone Holifield (Stephanie), of Hobson City, Vonda Holifield, of Hobson City, Renita Littles, of Seneca, S.C., Shamiione Holifield, of Richland, Ga., Antwon Douglas, of Anniston, Marquise Craig, of Portland, Maine, Nicholas Holifield and Alex Holifield, both of Naples, Fla.; 17 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren and host of nieces and nephews and other relatives that love her dearly. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Pastor James Holifield Sr.; son, Robert Holifield; parents, Ferdinand Moore and Henrietta Fuller-Moore; siblings, Foster Moore, Goldie Moore-Myree, Omar Moore, Vander Moore, Elva Moore, Ferdinand Moore Jr., Teedy Moore, Elgie Moore, Martis Moore, Matthew Moore, Solomon Moore, Nathaniel Moore, Annie Laura Moore-Boyd, Phillip Moore and Samuel Moore.
