My sincere condolences to Melvin's children: Anthony, Cole, Kevin, Ayisha, Kaneisha and Josh on the passing of their father Melvin. I pray for their strength during this difficult time. In addition, Melvin's father and the family, please watch over his children during these difficult hours. Melvin was a very sweet spirited man who always wore a smile. His kind words and gentle spirit will be missed. Although I haven't had the opportunity to meet you all, the pictures are priceless. I see a piece of your dad in all of you. Rest In Peace Melvin Joynes I will love and remember you always... Anthony's grandmother Virginia.

To the family, I am so sorry for your loss. During this sad time, please take comfort in knowing that our Heavenly Father has promised a wonderful future by means of his son, Jesus Christ (John 3:16). The Bible also describes the time when we will be reunited with our dear loved ones under perfect living conditions (John 5:28,29 and Isaiah 65:20-25). In the days to come, may your warm memories and these divine promises help to sustain your family. Take care.

To The Grieving Family of Mr. Melvin Joynes.... A message of Solace at The Time of Your Lost of a Loved One………… Many Wonder: Is There Any Hope for the Dead? WHY THE QUESTION ARISES: We want to live, and we want to enjoy life with those we love. It is only natural that we yearn to see our dead loved ones again. WHAT THE BIBLE TEACHES: Most people who have died will be resurrected. Jesus promised that “those in the memorial tombs will . . . come out.” (John 5:28, 29) In harmony with God’s original purpose, those resurrected as humans will have the opportunity to live on a paradise earth. (Luke 23:43) This promised future includes perfect health and everlasting life for obedient humans. The Bible says: “The righteous will possess the earth, and they will live forever on it.”—Psalm 37:29. Isn’t this wonderful news! To think, our lost loved ones will have an opportunity for ”Eternal Life” on Paradise Earth at this Resurrection.
