My condolences to the family, the bible describes a God of comfort, "who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the rcomfort that we receive from God." ( 2 Corinthians 1:3,4) May God comfort you during this during this difficult time and may you find comfort in his promise of a resurrection. ( John 5:28,29).

I'm sorry to hear about your recent loss. Surely these are difficult times. May you find some comfort in the words of Psalms 46:1 which reads: "God is our refuge and strength, A help that is readily found in times of distress." How good to know that our Loving God is there to help us in our most trying moments. He also made the sure promise of a resurrection right here on earth when it is restored to a beautiful paradise Psalms 37:9-11, 29; Acts 24:15; Isaiah 55:11). What a joy it will be to welcome back to life our loved ones whom have fallen asleep in death John 11:11. Read more about this resurrection online at JW.ORG

To The Grieving Family of Ms. Carla Davis McDuffie..... A message of Solace at The Time of Your Lost of a Loved One………… Many Wonder: What Happens to Us When We Die? WHY THE QUESTION ARISES: Most of the world’s religions teach that something inside a person continues living after death. Some hold that the dead can harm the living or that God punishes the wicked by condemning them to eternal torment in a fiery hell. WHAT THE BIBLE TEACHES: At death, humans cease to exist. “The dead know nothing at all,” states Ecclesiastes 9:5. Since the dead cannot know, feel, or experience anything, they cannot harm—or help—the living.—Psalm 146:3, 4. It is my sincere hope that these words/this knowledge helps to sustain you, your family during your Bereavement… See also Genesis 3:19 and Ecclesiastes 9:6, 10.
