I am very sorry for your loss. May you take comfort in knowing that Dennis is only asleep in death and that soon Jesus will awaken him. (John 11:11-14) In God’s new Kingdom for which we pray, we will never have to mourn the loss of our loved ones again. (Matt. 6:10; Psalm 37:11, 29; Rev. 21:4) I hope this brings you peace.

Grief can be so hard, but our cherished memories help us cope. Hold tight to those memories….Lean on each other for support…. And look to God’s word the Bible, for comfort and strength. James 4:8 encourages; “Draw close to God, and He will draw close to you.”

I am truly sorry for the loss of your loved one. May Jehovah, the God of all comfort give you peace and strength to endure the days ahead. (2 Corinthians 1:2) Please be assured that on the basis of Jesus’ ransom sacrifice there is going to be a resurrection of those sleeping in death. (Acts 24:15)
