Lashaun was younger than my daughter. Her death touches home to possibilities we don't usually think about ,but can happen. I am sorry for your loss and pray that the God of Comfort bring you through this sorrow. Give this some time to heal.

When someone you love dies for some it's like a piece of you goes with them. For others it is a relief because they know they suffer no more. However, Jehovah God knows our deepest emotions. He understands that death is an enemy that we can't fight. That's why he promises that death will be swallowed up forever. (Isaiah 25:8). Also the Bible calls death the last enemy that will be brought to nothing (1 Corinthians 15:26). We also are promised a paradise here on earth where there is no more pain or sorrow and God himself will wipe every tear from our eyes. (Revelation 21:3,4). For more BIBLE truth please visit JW.ORG

To The Family, Life is such a precious gift from our God Jehovah (Psalms 83:18) and when that life is lost it brings such great sorrow. The Bible promises at Acts 24:14 "...there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and unrighteousness ." The Bible assures use that our love ones will live again when God allows Jesus to call them back to life to live on a paradise earth. Psalms 37:11 says "the meek will possess the earth and they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace." The Bible guarantees a bright future for obedient mankind. Please put your hope in Gods promises.

I would like to express my condolences to the family. I hope this promise by Jehovah God brings all who are grieving your dear loved one a sense of hope and comfort. In the new world, โ€œthere is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.โ€ (Acts 24:15) At that time Jesus will use his God-given power to raise the dead because, as he said, โ€œI am the resurrection and the life. He that exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life.โ€ (John 11:25)
