My deepest sympathies to the Carter family. I'm so sorry for your loss. Not just any words will help ease your pain during this trying time of loss. My heart truly goes out to you. God's promises provide us comfort and a beautiful hope for the future. Isaiah 25:8 says, "He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces...For Jehovah himself has spoken it." Knowing too that God has locked your dear loved one in his loving memory, and yearns to resurrect them is a comforting thought. (John 5:28,29; Job 14:14,15) My prayers are with you at this time.

I am truly sorry for your loss. However, John 5:25 says “the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who have paid attention will live”. Those who have died and are in God’s memory will be resurrected to a restored earth and have a hope of everlasting life. (Psalm 37:11, 29) I hope this brings you peace.

To the Carter family: I am sorry to hear of your loss. When we lose a loved one in death we may become overwhelmed by grief. The Bible tells us that Jesus wept when his dear friend Lazarus died. Yet, just minutes later Jesus raised Lazarus back to life. John 11:332-44. In doing so he gave all mankind solid ground for faith in the amazing promise he made earlier in his ministry, when he said: "The hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out>" John 5:28,29/ May the precious hope of a resurrection to life on a paradise earth be a comfort to you. Acts 24:15 www.jw.org

To The Family, At Job 14:14, Job asked the question, "If a man dies, can he live again?..." He answers that question in verse 15, "You (Jehovah) will call and I will answer you." Job had confidence in the resurrection hope and we can too (John 5: 28,29). Jesus is the resurrection and the life. Jesus brings this point out at John 11:25. We can be thankful that Almighty God has given Jesus the authority to bring our dear loved ones back from the grave. Please allow the resurrection hope to comfort you.
