I would like to extend my deepest sympathies to the family. The loss of a loved one is a difficult experience. However, our Heavenly Father has promised a wonderful future when we will be reunited with our loved ones under perfect living conditions (Isaiah 65:20-25 and John 5:28,29). In the days to come, may these promises help to sustain your family. Take care.

Minnie and family, Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Please be encouraged by these words in 1 Thes 4:16-17 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Know that you are not alone.

Please accept my sincere condolences. It is a very difficult time; but I hope you can find some comfort in the words of 2 Corinthians 1:3, 4, which reads: “3 Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God.” Yes, we can totally rely on our Loving God. He also has made the sure promise of a resurrection right here on earth when it is restored to a beautiful paradise (Acts 24:15; Psalms 37:9-11, 29, Isaiah 55:11). Then death will be gone forever (Isaiah 25:8; Revelation 21:3,4) Find out more about this resurrection online at JW.ORG
