I am sorry for your loss. Death is always a painful event for us all. However Jehovah offers us comfort in the Bible at Isaiah 25:8. I always find this scripture to be of encouragement. Jehovah promises to do away with death and all things that bring us pain. How satisfying that will be. May joyful memories fill your minds and hearts through this difficult time.

I wish to express my sincerest sympathy to the Stewart family and friends because of losing Otis recently in death. When our loved ones fall asleep in death, the pain and grief seems unbearable. Our loving heavenly Father, Jehovah God (Psalm 83:18) understands how we feel and he comforts us by means of his word the Bible. Psalm 34: 18 tells us: "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit." Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection. (John 5:28, John 6:40, John 11:23-25, Acts 24:15) Also, Titus 1: 2 tells us this promise of a resurrection: "is based on a hope of the everlasting life that God, who cannot lie, promised long ago." Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever. For Jehovah himself has spoken it." For more comforting scriptures please visit: It has given me hope, strengthened my faith and helped me find the answer to Why? I know it will do the same for you. Again, the family is in my prayers and I offer my heartfelt condolences. Feel free to contact me if you wish at my email address; I pray it will bring you comfort to please watch this beautiful video (song 144) entitled "Keep Your Eyes on the Prize"

To The Family, God never intended for man to suffer the pain of death. 1 Corinthians 15:26 says, "And the last enemy, death is to be brought to nothing." Almighty God is going to remove death forever. What a wonderful future hope. Take comfort in knowing this. Please look forward to the fulfillment of Revelation 21:3,4. Please be assured Jehovah (Psalms 83:18) will comfort you during this most difficult time.

Please I hope you find comfort in the words found at Isaiah 25:8 - He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces.” May this video of the hope of the resurrection, seeing your loved one right here on earth again, bring you some comfort:

My deepest sympathy goes out to your family.  But do not despair. Acts 24:15 says "there is going to be a resurrection". We will be able to see our loved ones again on a restored earth. (Psalm 37:11, 29) May you trust in Almighty God to comfort you until that time. (Psalm 83:18; Prov. 3:5, 6) He is the Source of our help. (Ps. 121:1, 2)

I wanted to send my love and sympathies to the Stewart family. I am so sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the words at Psalm 46:1, which says, "God is our refuge and strength, a help that is readily found in times of distress." During this difficult time, know that Almighty God will prove to be a stronghold and strength to help you endure this ordeal. John 5:28,29 speaks of a beautiful hope our dear loved ones have- that of being resurrected to life and reunited with their families. May this hope be an encouragement to you during this trying time.
