Ms. Willia Green Smith 60 of Douglas, Ga. formally of Tifton, Ga. departed this life Tuesday at St. Joseph Hospital in Savannah, Ga.funeral services are incomplete at the present time, but will be announced at alater date pending the completion of the funeral arrangements.
