Emma Lee Allen
December 1, 2015   August 25, 2017

Emma Lee Allen, was born on December 1, 2015 to Thomas and Lakethia Allen.

Heavens gain was our loss when our angel was called by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She departed this life on August 25, 2017 at University Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi.

Emma was the baby child of four siblings and spoil to the very core. If ever you laid eyes on little Emma Lee, especially for the first time, you knew her heart sang a familiar song; and through those marvelous brown eyes, you caught a glimpse of her soul dancing before you. With her precious eyes being windows, they proved to you that an “old soul” lied beneath her fresh face. It was divinely befitting that she bears the name Emma Lee Allen, after her paternal and maternal Great Grandmothers Emma Leatha Allen and Lee Gertha Osgood. Emma was a very smart and loving child who often made us laugh for hours by dancing, watching her favorite program; Micky Mouth Club House, and enjoying every member of her family.

Emma was preceded in death by her great grandparents; Emma Leatha Allen, Johnnie Lee and Lee Gertha Osgood, one grandmother Maria Allen Benjamin, one grandfather Willie Earl Osgood, one great aunt Beverly Newsome, one great uncle Fredrick Allen, one uncle Larry B. Allen.

Emma leaves to cherish her loving parents, Thomas and Lakethia Allen; two sisters Vanequa and Jerkyis, one brother Thomas Allen Jr., a great grand-mother Maxine Dillon, and a grandmother Viola Dillon, all of Columbia, Mississippi, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
