I am so sorry for your loss. Death is truly a heartbreaker, but our Heavenly Father Jehovah promises that he will soon remove all pain, suffering, and death.(Rev 21:4) Jehovah’s words found in the Bible can bring you so much comfort during your time of need. As the joyous memories of your loved one brings you comfort as well; remember Death will soon be done away with.

I would like to offer my condolences for your loss. How comforting it is to know that Jehovah, the God of all comfort, will soon eliminate all grief and provide permanent consolation when “all those in the memorial tombs will hear  Christ’s voice and come out”! (John 5:28, 29) God promises that “he will do away with death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces.” (Isa. 25:8) Then, instead of having to “weep with those who weep,” all earth’s inhabitants will “rejoice with those who rejoice.”?—Rom. 12:15.

Please accept our deepest sympathy. It surely is a very difficult time; but we both hope you can find some comfort in the words of Psalms 34:18 which reads: “Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit." Yes, you can rely completely on our Loving God. He also has made the SURE promise of a resurrection right HERE ON EARTH when it is restored to a beautiful paradise (Acts 24:15; Psalms 37:9-11, 29, Isaiah 55:11). Then death will be gone forever (Isaiah 25:8; Revelation 21:3,4) Going online at JW.ORG, you will be able to find out more about this resurrection on earth and as well as videos. Why not find out for yourself.
