Please accept my sincere regrets for your loss. My heart goes out to the family, I know how difficult death can be to have to deal with. But please know that God's word the bible provides us with comfort and hope in times such as these. Revelation 21:4 says that God will wipe every tear from our eyes and death and pain will be no more. This has to be referring to the earth because these things don't exist in heaven.

I met Doug when I came to ATL with Delta in the early 80's. We were both born in 1954, Doug before me. But my hire date was about three weeks before him. Doug was the one who sought me out to see where it was I'd be bidding-and I'm glad he did. This bond started a friendship with one of my favorite people at Delta. No words can say my sorrow at the loss of Doug. He'll be missed not only by family but by the countless Delta friends he had. Rest in Peace my friend. Prayers for your family
