It saddens us to hear you are mourning the loss of your loved one. May you find strength and comfort from the words of Psalms 34:18. It reads: “Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit." Our loving God is there for us if we ask for his help (1 John 5:14). He didn't intend for us to grow old and die. He thus has made the SURE promise of a resurrection RIGHT HERE ON EARTH when it is restored to a beautiful paradise (Psalms 37:9-11, 29; Acts 24:15; Isaiah 55;11). Can you see yourself welcoming back to life your loved ones? What a joy it will bring all of us. You can go online to JW.ORG and find out more about this resurrection.

Please accept my sincere regrets for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Revelation 21:4 says that God will wipe every tear from our eyes and death and pain will be no more.

Please accept my heartfelt condolences. It is always painful to lose a loved one. I too have lost many dear ones to death. In the Lord’s prayer. Jesus says at Matthew chapter 6, verse 10: ‘Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also on earth.’ I find this comforting because nowhere in the Bible is sickness or death mentioned as occurring in heaven; hence, I look forward to seeing God’s will for the earth to be carried out just as it is in heaven. Then we can be reunited with our loved, and enjoy life on earth forever as Almighty God Jehovah purposed from the beginning. [Psalm 37:29] I sincerely hope that these words serve as some comfort to you at this time. For further Scriptural encouragement visit jw.org

Death is like sleep in that the dead are unconscious and cannot do anything. However, the Creator of life can bring the dead back by means of a resurrection. In proof of that, Jehovah empowered Jesus to raise several dead people to life. Please feel free to read (Ecclesiastes 9:5; John 11:11, 43, 44). Also, for more spiritual comfort please visit jw.org
