Peter E. "Pete" Baldwin left this eart; very peacefully in his sleep on February 15, 2018. He joins many that preceded him, including his wife, Lola Baldwin; daughter, Pamela Nazelrod, and grandchildren - Dylan, Paul and Jennifer.

He is survived by his children - Peter Lynn Baldwin and wife, Nancy, and Susan Johnson; granddaughter, Wendy (Sean), grandson, Brian (Diane), grandson, Kevin (Jennifer); and great grandchildren - Megan, Connor, Bonnie, Dylan, Selena, Kyndra, Maiya and Makenna.

He is also survived by his wife, Dorothy Schorr; and adopted by her kids - Sallie Tafoya, Donna King, John Pepper, their 6 children and 8 grandchildren.

His first and true love was fishing in the waters of Elephant Butte. Those fish used to tremble when they saw him coming. That lake will never be the same.

Services will be held Tuesday, February 20, 2018, with a viewing starting at 1:00 P.M and a funeral service at 2:00 PM both at Church at the Butte in Elephant Butte, NM. Interment to follow at Vista Memory Gardens.
