Dear Family and Friends, when under trial Jesus was able to endure because of the joyful hope he maintained in God's promises (Hebrews 12:2, Psalm 83:18). May you all find that same hope and comfort in this time of great sorrow by following his example of "coming to know the only true God" (John 17:3) who assures the hope of a resurrection for ones like your beloved Aunt Tense (John 5:28-29)... as well as true salvation for those of us who strive to know Him and to endure to the end (Mt 24:13). Please read the cited scriptures in your copy of the Bible to be truly comforted.

I wanted to send my love and condolences to the Waddell family. I'm very sorry for your loss. Know that God is eager to bring back to life our loved ones whom we have lost in death. God hates death; he views it as an enemy. (1 Corinthians 15:26) He has "a yearning" to conquer that enemy, to undo death by means of the resurrection. He longs to bring back those who are in his memory and to see them live on earth again. God purposes to do this by means of the resurrection hope as He has promised in His Word, the Bible. (John 5:28,29) Please consider these comforting scriptures in your personal copy of the Bible. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

Dear family and friends, My sincere condolences at this time of sorrow as we mourn the loss of our dear Aunt Hense. May you find comfort in the precious memories of good times spent together, and take comfort that she is resting in peace, in the arms of our Savior. Romans 8:38-39 -- For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

I am so sorry for the loss of your dear loved one. There is a very comforting scripture found at Isaiah 25:8. It says that soon Jehovah will swallow up death forever and that he will wipe away all of the tears. So we can look forward to a time when death will be done away with forever. I hope that this scripture can bring some comfort during this time.

We're sorry to hear about your recent loss. May you find strength from the words of Philippians 4:13 which says: "For all things I have the strength through the one who gives me power." What a loving God who cares about each one of us. He didn't intend for us to grow old and die. He thus has made the SURE promise of a resurrection right here on earth when it is restored to a beautiful paradise (Psalms 37:9-11, 29; Acts 24:15; Isaiah 55;11). Can you see yourself welcoming back to life your loved ones? What a joy it will bring all of us. You can go online to JW.ORG and find out more about this resurrection.
