Robert Fulton Williams Sr., of Vero Beach, Florida passed away on March 5, 2018 at the VNA Hospice House. Robert Williams Sr. was born in Monticello, Florida to the late Ella Mae Milton and Matthew Williams on January 25, 1935.

He received his early childhood education in the Jefferson County School System. He started his work career in the Farm Industry later after moving to Vero Beach to obtain a job in the Citrus Industry, which he retired from after a number of years. After Robert retried he moved to West Palm Beach for a short period of time before returning to Vero Beach, where he resided until his demise.

Robert enjoyed spending time with his family and friends; sometimes playing a nice game of dominoes, having fish fries and cookouts. He will be remembered by those who had the pleasure of making his acquaintance as a compassionate and loving individual who always had a smile on his face; and loved to make others smile from his many comical sayings.

Robert loved the Lord and informed to his daughter that he accepted the Lord as his personal Savior.

He was preceded in death but his parents Matthew and Ella Maw Williams, brothers, Matthew Jr., Charlie, Forest,  and Deacon Sam Williams; sisters, Nancy Williams, Abbie McPhee, Estella Farrington, Elizabeth Humphrey and granddaughter, Michelle Lee Bradley.

Robert leaves to cherish his precious memories his sons, Ben Green and Robert Williams both of Vero Beach; daughters, Melissa (Marvin) Dupree, of Decatur, GA, Monica (Pastor Martin) Bradley of Vero Beach; brother, James Williams of Vero Beach; sister, Ella Mae Hills of Vero Beach, Florida; sister-in-laws, Lenora Williams, Joyce Williams and Hester Williams; 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends.

A visitation for Mr. Robert Williams will be held on Friday, March 9, 2018 from 4 – 7 p.m. at Stone Brothers Funeral Home Chapel – Vero Beach. A Funeral Service will be held on March 10, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Stone Brothers Funeral Home Chapel.
