Please accept my heartfelt condolence on the loss of your dear one; Ms. Sherrod. My family and I have found comfort in the Bible's promise of a time when death will be no more; - "And He (God) will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." - Revelation 21:4. May the memories of your loved one sustain you until God's promises are soon fulfilled - "For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who recognizes the Son and exercises faith in him should have everlasting life, and I will resurrect him on the last day."- John 6:40. Please visit www.jw.org for more of God's marvelous promises that 'is around the corner'.

You have my sympathy in the passing of your Mother. I pray that God will give you and the family His Perfect Peace, ease the hour of sorrow and surround you all with His love. Let not your heart be troubled ...in my Father's house are many mansions. John 14:1-2

My condolences to the family. It’s a painful thing to lose a precious love one in death, regardless of how long they have lived. Even Jesus wept when Lazarus died (John 11:35) and it pains our loving Heavenly Father, too. He did not purpose his human family to suffer and die, but purpose us to live and enjoy life. It is still his purpose (Psalm 37:11, 29). He calls death an enemy that will be removed forever__1 Corinthians 15:26 “the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing.” He promised to awaken our love ones in the memorial tombs who is asleep in death__ Hosea 13:14 “From the power of the Grave I will redeem them; from death I will recover them.” He will then “satisfy the desire of every living thing” (Psalms 145:16). What a delight it will be to see them again to enjoy life as our Creator purposed! Allow these words to keep comforting all of you

I am so sorry for the loss of your dear loved one. There is a very comforting scripture found at Isaiah 25:8. It says that soon Jehovah will swallow up death forever and that he will wipe away all of the tears. So we can look forward to a time when death will be done away with forever. I hope that this scripture can bring some comfort during this time.
