I am very sorry to hear of the loss of your loved one, Mr. Moten. Death and suffering was never part of God's purpose and through the loving death and sacrifice of His son Christ Jesus, His purpose will be carried out. Isaiah 25:8, 9 promises that death will be removed forever! Isaiah 33:24 says at this time no one will be sick anymore! Please visit www.jw.org for more information.

Hi Dad. I hope my thoughts can reach you. The day you left us was supposed to be a good day for me. I was tired but wanted to sit and have a long chat with you. I thought about you all day. Never thought for one second that you would slip away before I had a chance to call. I know life wasn't great with cancer. Everyday was surely a day to try your best to get through it. At least nothing can hurt you now. I thank you for holding on as long as you did. Rest well. Love Always.

For You He Said He said he'd always love me This much I know is true He allowed his son to die upon the cross To save the lives of me and you He never really chastised Never told me I wasn't worth it He asked only that I heed his commandments Believe in His words and trust it He said to turn the other cheek Which is sometimes hard to do But if we can hold together our families Everything He Said is true I hope the Angels welcomed you at the gate Dad.

Just think, a few more weeks and you would've been celebrating another birthday. Now, you're celebrating in Heaven's gates. I take solace that your place is in a greater kingdom than mine. I'm lighting a candle for your special day. Happy bday and rest in peace.
