Cindy and family you had a sweet mother. We would talk after church when we would see one another. I was shocked of her passing. May God Bless you and your family during this very difficult time.

To the Byrd Family. There is no other time to describe the feeling of powerless, heartbreak and lonliness than the death of a love one. Without a doubt the primary source of consolation is our compassionate heavenly Father Jehovah God. He describes himself as the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort who comforts us in all our trials...."(2 Corinthians 1:3-4) You have to agree that the loss of a love one is a trial that is very difficult to face alone. God will give you and your family the strength beyond what is normal to make it through he tough days ahead. (2Corinthians 4:7) Jehovah's tender empathy was perfectly expressed in the words and actions of his compassionate Son, Jesus, when he was on the earth. (John 5:19) Jesus was sent to provide comfort for "the broken-hearted" and "all who mourn." His Son reflected his Fathers deep compassion and heartfelt desire to alleviate your suffering." (Hebrews 2:17) So do not hesitate to pour your heart out to him for he longs to help and heal your broken heart. (Psalms 65:2) Before the pain becomes unbearable please meditate on the comforting scriptures sited above and receive the comfort and peace that only Jehovah God can give through his Word, The Bible.

God is the creator of life. The Bible calls Jehovah God "the source of life" (Psalm 36:9; Acts 17:24, 25) The One who gave life to all living creatures is certainly capable of restoring life to someone who has died. For the family of Betty; "we don't know what to say except that we love you. We can't understand exactly how you feel, but Jehovah does and will keep raising you up. We hope that our prayers will help a little" Please visit our website www.jw.org for more information about Jehovah's plans for obedient mankind.

2 Corinthians 1:3,4 gives us the assurance that "the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies" is "the God of all comfort" and he "comforts us in all our trials". James 5:11; God "is very tender in affection (very compassionate) and merciful". Please accept my sincere condolences. Always remember God loves you and he cares for you! (Psalm 36:7; 1 Peter 5:7)
