To family and friends my deepest sympathy for the loss of your loved one. Losing a loved one in death is very painful and Almighty God Jehovah (Psalms 83:18) knows the pain that you now have at this most difficult time. HE promises that those in the grave will live again right here on the earth. (Isaiah 26:19) This is what the Bible calls the resurrection. Jesus promised that there's going to be a resurrection of all those in the grave and they will hear his voice and come out. (John 5:28,29) Learn more about God's promises and the resurrection hope at jw.org.

We deeply feel for what you and the family are going through. At times, there isn't much that can soothe the pain this grief brings, but you may find some comfort in the words of Psalms 9:9 which reads: "Jehovah will become a secure refuge for the oppressed, A secure refuge in times of distress." Yes, our Loving God can help if we allow him to (1John 5:14). He also has made the SURE promise of a resurrection right here on earth, when it is restored to a Paradise (Acts 24:15; Psalms 37:9-11,29). No, not just a dream, but for a certainty he will do it, for Isaiah 55:11 shows us that everything he says, he accomplishes without fail. You can find out more online at JW.ORG

My deepest sympathies to the family and friends at a most difficult time. Death is something one is never prepared for. Our heavenly Father put “eternity within our hearts” (Ecclesiastes 3:11). He created us to live forever and has promised to "swallow up death forever" in the near future. (Isaiah 25:8) As you await this time, continue to reflect on loving memories of your loved one.

At times like this when we have lost someone we love brings great sadness. However there are reasons to be hopeful About the future. The bible a book from God Tells us that in the future there will be great rejoicing. When Jehovah our creator brings back to life those who have die (Greg] what a wonderful time that will be. ( John 5 :28 -29) may your study of the bible bring you comfort in this period of sadness.
