To family and friends my deepest sympathy for the loss of your loved one. Losing a loved one in death is very painful. Almighty God Jehovah (Psalms 83:18) promise that he will resurrect millions of people who have died. "There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and unrighteous." Read John 5:28,29 and Acts 24:15. Learn more about Jesus Christ and how he will make God's wonderful promises come true at jw.org.

It is certainly sad that you are mourning the loss of your dear Jeanette. Be assured that our heavenly Father is aware of your pain and sorrow. Soon He promises to remedy our pain and "swallow up death forever." (Isaiah 25:8) God promises also to heal hearts by restoring our loved ones to life again. (John 5:28,29) And He offers us right now the comfort needed through His word.(2 Corinthians 1:3,4; Psalm 46:1) May you use it to the full.

We deeply feel for what you and the family are going through. At times, there isn't much that can soothe the pain this grief brings, but you may find some comfort in the words of Psalms 9:9 which reads: "Jehovah will become a secure refuge for the oppressed, A secure refuge in times of distress." Yes, our Loving God can help if we allow him to (1John 5:14). He also has made the SURE promise of a resurrection right here on earth, when it is restored to a Paradise (Acts 24:15; Psalms 37:9-11,29). No, not just a dream, but for a certainty he will do it, for Isaiah 55:11 shows us that everything he says, he accomplishes without fail. You can find out more online at JW.ORG
