Dear Family of Annie Terry: I am sorry for your loss. In times when I’ve lost a dear loved one, I’ve found the wonderful promise of God at Revelation 21:4 to be very comforting. It says, “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry, nor pain be anymore the former things have passed away.” The Bible also gives us a hope of a resurrection for those we’ve already lost in death. Jesus said at John 5:28 “do not marvel at this because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” We can be confident that this will happen in the near future because God has promised it! To understand why we grow old, get sick, and die, please visit I hope this brings you comfort and encouragement. Sincerely, Jan Young

Accept our sincere condolences in your recent loss. May you find some comfort in the words of Psalms 34:18 which reads: " Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit " Yes, we can ask for help and rely on God. He also has made the sure promise of a resurrection right here on earth when it is restored to a beautiful paradise. (Acts 24:15; Psalms 37:9-11, 29). Be confident that this is SURE to happen because Isaiah 55:11 ensures us of this. Find out more online at JW.ORG

Please accept my condolences. Death breaks into our lives often and we are completely unprepared. During this time we all need comfort. May your special memories and the support of family and friends carry you through the days ahead. It is especially comforting to know our Heavenly Father has promise to swallow up death forever and to wipe tears from our eyes. Isaiah 25:8
