Mrs. Hallie Mae Bealer, 81, of Indianapolis, IN, died on May 20, 2018 at her residence Indianapolis, IN.

She was a native of Glasgow, KY and the daughter of the late Herbert and Lear Percell.  Mrs. Bealer was a member of the St. Mark Baptist Church in Cincinnati, OH where she served as an usher and sang in the choir.  

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Larry French; three sisters, Minnie Martin, Marjorie Brown and Pauline Hackett; one brother, Clifford Martin.

Survivors include her husband, Anderson Bealer of Indianapolis, IN; one son, Derek French (Stacy) of Riverside, California; two daughters, Gloria Dowdy (Dennis) of Highland, California and Andrea Green (Eric) of Indianapolis, Indiana; one sister, Lynn Norris of Tacoma, Washington; seven grandchildren Jasmine Marshall (Kenny), Natasha French, Dennise Foster (Attu), Dennis Dowdy, Jr.,(Latesha), Ashton, Asia and Austin Green; and eight great grandchildren, Kaiden, Jaiden, Kenny, III, Attiyah, Audrina, Allora, Dennis, III and Dillan; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Percell & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. AB Wiley officiating.  Burial will follow in the Elizabethtown City Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Percell & Sons Funeral Home.

    So sorry for your loss.  During this difficult time, find comfort in God's thrilling promise found at Revelation 21: 3, 4 to soon wipe out every tear from our eyes, for death to be no more , and no more pain these things will be done away.  Knowing this promise I hope wiil give you the strength to endure.
