My deepest condolences the family and friends of Lawrence Holmes. At Acts 24:15 it says, "There is going to be a resurrection." That is a wonderful promise from our loving God, Jehovah. The Bible calls Jehovah God the source of life. The One who gave life to all living things is certainly capable of restoring life to someone who has died.

To family and friends my deepest sympathy for the loss of your loved. Losing a loved one in death is very painful and Almighty God Jehovah (Psalms 83:18;God's name) promises that he will resurrect millions of people who have died. There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and unrighteous." Read John 5:28,29 and Acts 24:15. Learn more about Jesus Christ and how he will make God's wonderful promises come true at jw.org. May the God of comfort and tender mercies sustain you during this most difficult time. 2 Corinthians 1:3,4

My deepest sympathy for the loss of your dear loved one. May all the beautiful memories you shared bring you some comfort as we await the promises found at John 5:28,29 where Jesus talkes about a resurrection where we will have an opportunity to see our loved ones we have lost due to death. What a wonderful time that will be when we will not experience the pain of losing someone we love. Again my deepest sympathy for your family during this most difficult time.

I know how difficult it is to lose someone you love in death. The pain is unbearable and no wonder, the Bible calls death an enemy that will be done away with (1 Corinthians 15:26). At that time Jehovah will make "all things new......" Revelation 21:3-5 and Psalms 37:29. I am very sorry for your loss.

We're so sorry to hear you are mourning the recent loss of your loved one. May you find strength and comfort from the words of Psalms 46:1 which reads: "God is our refuge and strength, A help that is readily found in times of distress." Our loving God is there for us if we ask for his help (1 John 5:14). He didn't intend for us to grow old 9and die. He thus has made the SURE promise of a resurrection RIGHT HERE ON EARTH when it is restored to a beautiful paradise (Psalms 37:9-11, 29; Acts 24:15; Isaiah 55;11). Can you see yourself welcoming back to life your loved ones? What a joy it will bring all of us. You can go online to JW.ORG and find out more about this resurrection.

I am deeply sorry for your loss. I know how hard losing a loved one can be. Prayer is a major healer because God is close to those who are in pain at heart. He hears the prayers of those who cry for help. God hates death just as much as we do and that is why he plans to do something about it in the near future. 1 Corinthians 15:26 reads: "And the last, enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing." God will also resurrect our dead loved ones. Acts 24:15 reads: "And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous." You and your family are in my prayers. Please accept my sincere condolences. www.jw.org - search resurrection (for comfort that will bring you to your copy of the Bible)
