Mr. George L. White, 82, of Prentiss, Mississippi passed away on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Jeff Davis Community Hospital, Prentiss, Mississippi.  He is the son of the late Fred and Thelma White.  He is a member of Mt. Zion M. B. Church. 

He was a former detailer with Ray Andrews Ford in California.  He loved playing cards and dominoes.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, June 9, 2018 in Monrovia, California.  Interment will be in Oakdale Memorial Park Cemetery, Glendora, California.

He is survived by: companion, Verleen Croom of Prentiss, MS; son, George White of Duarte, CA; daughters, Carolyn Rhodes-Jefferson of Pamona, CA, Linda White ,Gloria Howard and Tabatha White all of Duarte, CA and Joeann Fisher of Ontario, CA; sisters, Annie Blount of Chicago, IL and Mary L. Walker of Prentiss, MS; grandchildren: 10; great-grandchildren: 11.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 3, 2018 at Johnson Funeral Home, 1-8pm.
