Funeral services for Mrs. Lena Manning, 85, of 749 Patterson Street Allendale, SC will be held 2:30 pm Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Magdalene Christian Church with Pastor Cynthia Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Lena Manning was born August 18, 1932 in Allendale, South Carolina to the late Mr. and Mrs. Lee and Gertrude Harden.  She entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at the age of 85.
 
In her early years, Lena was educated in the public schools of Allendale County. Lena gave her life to the Lord and was a member of the Magdalene Christian Church. She loved spending time with family and friends. She also enjoyed singing and cooking.
 
She was preceded in death by her two children: Debrorah Manning Vincent and Larry Manning, Sr.; one sibling, Geneva Richards; and one grandson, Desmond Vincent.
 
Lena leaves to cherish her fond memories, her two granddaughters: Kimley (Lenwood) Dunbar and Desriean Vincent both of Allendale, SC; five grandsons: Cortney (Leah) Vincent of Seneca, SC, Leon (Kiawah) Peacock of St. Matthews, SC, Larry Manning, Jr., James Manning and Yorderick (Alseo) Manning all of Florida; a daughter-in-law, Blossom Henderson; a granddaughter-in-law, Erica Vincent; a special family friend, Hattie Dunbar, and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. 
 
Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday, June 9, 2018 from 1-7 pm.

 Friends may call at the residence or at the funeral home.
