When I come to the end of the road, and the sun has set for me.  I want no rites in a gloom filled room, why cry for a soul set free?  Miss me a little, but not for long and not with your head bowed low.  Remember the love that once we shared, miss me but let me go.

It is with a sorrowful heart that the staff of Harrington Funeral Home, Inc., announce the passing of:

Mrs. Fannie Mae Walker – of Valdosta Georgia, crossed in the sunset of life on Wednesday, June 6, 2018.

Celebration of Life Services will be held Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 3:00 pm from the sanctuary of The Greater Mt. Carmel Ministry H.O.G.S.I.C. -1106 Old Lake Park Road, Valdosta Georgia.  Elder David Northcutt is pastor and will officiate, burial will follow in Harrington Memorial Land at Pallbearers Cemetery in the Jones Community in Valdosta Georgia.

“My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” Psalm 73:26

Accept our heartfelt sympathy in your recent loss. May you find strength and comfort from the words of Nahum 1:7 Which reads: “Jehovah is good, a stronghold in the day of distress. He is mindful of those seeking refuge in him.” Yes, our loving God is there for us if we allow him to help (1 John 5:14). He didn't intend for us to grow old and die. He thus has made the SURE promise of a resurrection RIGHT HERE ON EARTH when it is restored to a beautiful paradise (Psalms 37:9-11, 29; Acts 24:15; Isaiah 55;11). Can you see yourself welcoming back to life your loved ones? What a joy it will bring all of us! You can go online to JW.ORG and find out more about this resurrection.
