Mr. Damtetrius D. Foster, 29, died July 20, 2018.  Memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 2, 2018 at Perry Spencer Funeral Home Chapel, Eden, NC.  The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.

Mr. Dameatris Dewon Foster, aka, “Meat” was born in Rockingham County on March 2, 1989.  He departed his life on Friday, July 20, 2018 he’s blessed to have 29 years with us. Dameatris attended Christian Academy Schools at a young age receiving a diploma mastering the verses of the bible.  On May 30, 1995 he attended the public schools of North Carolina.  He will be greatly missed by family and friends.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Dimino Foster, grandparents, Randolph and Ruth Foster, and Earl Fountain, Sr., aunt, Linnie Foster and uncle Larry Foster.    He leaves to cherish his memory: his mother; Tammy Foster (Franklin Gunter) of Eden, NC, father; Earl Fountain of Danville, VA, son; Jayden Foster, daughter; Abberianna Foster, brother; Dario Foster all of Eden, NC, sisters; Takeella Foster, Erica Foster, of Eden, NC, Lafrita Foster of Reidsville, NC, two step-sisters; Shadreqa Clayborn Shantill Clayborn both or Danville, VA, grandparent; Anna Fountain of Cascade, VA, aunts; Janice Foster, Judy Foster both of Eden, NC, Joyce Stamps (Ronnie) of Danville, VA, uncles; Timmy Foster (Shelia) of Madison, NC, Barry Fountain, Larry Fountain, of Danville, VA, Sherman Fountain (Jackie), Thomas Fountain of Danville, VA and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

    We're so sorry you are mourning the loss of your dear loved one. Not much can soothe the pain this sorrow brings, but we hope the words of Psalms 34:18 can help some. It reads: “Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit.” We can rely on our loving God to provide comfort in these troublesome times. He also has made the Surprise of a resurrection RIGHT HERE ON EARTH when it is restored into a beautiful paradise! (Acts 24:15; Psalms 37:9-11, 29).     Always thought of Meek as my little brother.I can remember the first time i met him he was 3yrs old.Such a cute little fella in his suit and tie for the first day at the Christian school and then watching him grow up and have 2 beautiful children.Im so blessed to have Meek and Dimmy in my life for most of there lives.Memories i will cherish forever.My heart and Prayers are with Mama,Rome and his sweet babies as well as the rest of the family and friends that Meek loved so much.
