Pine Mountain, GA- Henry M. Brown 72, of Pine Mountain, Georgia passed Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Wellstar West Georgia in LaGrange, GA.

Celebration of life services will be held 11:00AM Saturday, September 8, 2018 in the chapel at Hill-Watson-People's Funeral Service LLC, 1605 3rd Avenue, Columbus, 706-327-9293. Visitation will be from 9:00AM until the funeral hour Saturday at the funeral home according to Hill-Watson-People's. Mr. Brown was born July 4, 1946 in Hamilton, Georgia to the union of the late R.D. and Mittie E. Green Brown. He accepted Christ in his teen years and very much loved the Lord. Mr. Brown was a Wood Artist. He leaves to cherish and preserve his memories; Julene Brown; his son, Mayron DeCarlso Brown(Liz), Aleeyna, Carson and Aydan; son, Derrick Lance Brown(Kit), Ariel and Zyon Lance Brown, Dia'mone Frazier; daughter, Michelle Aldaria Brown; one brother, Robert D. Brown(Archie); one sister, Joyce Lee(Stephon) and a host of other loving relatives and many dear friends.

    We're so sorry to hear you are mourning the recent loss of your loved one. May you find strength and comfort from the words of Psalms 46:1 which reads: "God is our refuge and strength, A help that is readily found in times of distress." Our loving God is there for us if we ask for his help (1 John 5:14). He didn't intend for us to grow old and die. He thus has made the SURE promise of a resurrection RIGHT HERE ON EARTH when it is restored to a beautiful paradise (Psalms 37:9-11, 29; Acts 24:15; Isaiah 55;11).
