Mr. Michael Anthony Polk, 51, of Elizabethtown, KY died on September 27, 2018 at Hardin Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Polk was a native of New Iberia, LA and the son of the late Mitchell Polk and Betty Lavine Polk.  He was an employee of Metalsa.

In addition to his mother, survivors include four children, Michael A. Polk, Jr and Tatianna Polk, and Tyrell Hill all of Los Angeles, CA and LaQuienton Polk Lopez (Lyndon) of St. Martinsville, LA; one brother, Brian Polk (Sarah) of Baldwin, LA; one sister, Karen Polk of Elizabethtown, KY; Keisha Boston Polk of Roselle, NJ, mother of Michael Polk, Jr. and Yolanda Overstreet Polk, mother of Tatianna Polk and and Tyrell Hill and six grandchildren.  

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Percell & Sons Funeral Home with Pastor Edward Palmer officiating.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday, October 12, 2018 at Percell & Sons Funeral Home.
