Dear Avery & Briggs Family, On behalf of the entire Mount Zion Baptist Church family, I would like to take this opportunity to offer our heartfelt condolences on the passing of your Aunt Callie Mae Briggs. You and your family are in our prayers, as prayer is a powerful tool in one's healing at a time like this. God has promised us that He will comfort us in our time of sorrow and we will believe that to be true. We hope that you will be able to feel the wonder of His blessing during this time - His comfort and His strength. We know from experience that He will be there for you now, and is already surrounding you with His amazing love, so please allow Him to comfort you. Be comforted by God's words taken from 1 Thessalonians 4:14: "For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with Him." Yours in Christ, Pastor Michael E. Brewster
