Isaiah 26:19 "There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and unrighteous". These are the words of Jesus Christ at John 5:28,29. I would like to express my sympathy to the family. I am sorry to hear of your loss. The death of a love one is a painful experience. Our Heavenly Father is well aware of the hurt you feel. He promises in His Word the Holy Bible to remove pain, suffering, and death (Isaiah 25:8 and Revelation 21:3,4). We know that Almighty Jehovah God has not only the power but also yearns to fulfill this promise. Until that time, may you find comfort in this promise and treasure the special memories you shared.

Our sincere condolences to you on the loss of your loved one. Words cannot express the sorrow you’re feeling at this time. Or the pain your heart will continue to feel as the years pass. I too have lost loved ones and this promise found in God’s Word that in the near future, death along with the sting of pain and sorrow will soon be gone forever has brought me so much comfort. I hope this will bring you a measure of comfort too. Isaiah 25:8 - He (God)will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah (God’s name)will wipe away the tears from all faces. May this tract bring you some comfort: http://www.jw.org/en/publications/books/dead-live-again-tract/dead-live-again/

My sincere condolences to the Petersen family. So sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the Bible's hope for the future. John 5:28,29 says, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." What this can mean for you is a real hope of being reunited with your dear loved ones. I know you yearn to be with the ones you love again, and Almighty God Jehovah yearns to bring back those who are in his memory and to see them live on earth again. (Job 14:14,15)

From personal experience, I know that losing a dear friend or relative in death is the hardest thing we have to deal with. At such a difficult time, we need loving support and encouragement. Revelation 21:4 "And He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” For additional comfort, please visit: https://www.jw.org/finder?wtlocale=E&docid=502014163&srcid=share
