I wanted to send my love and sympathies to the Spearman family. I am so sorry to learn of your recent loss. Losing a loved one in death can leave us with feelings of sadness and grief. However, the Bible provides a hope that will help to comfort us and to replace those negative feelings with those of happiness for the future. John 5:28, 29 says, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." These verses speak of the hope we have to be reunited with our loved ones who have died, to experience a time when "death will be no more." (Revelation 21:4)

To family and friends my deepest sympathies to you for the loss of your love one. Losing a loved one in death is very painful. Almighty God Jehovah (God's name; Psalms 83:18) promise that he will resurrect millions of people who have died. "And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life". Isaiah 26:19 "There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and unrighteous". These are the words of Jesus Christ at John 5:28,29. Learn more about the resurrection hope and how Jesus is going to make God's wonderful promises come true at jw.org. May the God of all comfort and tender mercies sustain you at this difficult time. 2 Corinthians 1:3,4

I would like to express my sympathy to the family. I am sorry to hear of your loss. The death of a love one is a painful experience. Our Heavenly Father is well aware of the hurt you feel. He promises in His Word the Holy Bible to remove pain, suffering, and death (Isaiah 25:8 and Revelation 21:3,4). We know that Almighty Jehovah God has not only the power but also yearns to fulfill this promise. Until that time, may you find comfort in this promise and treasure the special memories you shared.

I am truly sorry for your loss. However, John 5:25 says “the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who have paid attention will live”. Those who have died and are in God’s memory will be resurrected to a restored earth and have a hope of everlasting life. (Psalm 37:11, 29) I hope this brings you peace.

From personal experience, I know that losing a dear friend or relative in death is the hardest thing we have to deal with. At such a difficult time, we need loving support and encouragement. Revelation 21:4 "And He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
