“We don’t know what to say except that we love you. We can’t understand exactly how you feel, but Jehovah does and will keep raising you up. We hope that our prayers will help a little.”

We are saddened to know you are grieving the recent loss of your loved one. May you find comfort in the words found in Psalms 34:18 which reads: “ Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Our loving God cares about us and is ready to bring us comfort if we allow him (1John 5:14). He also has made the SURE promise of a resurrection RIGHT HERE ON EARTH when it is restored into a beautiful paradise (Acts 24:15 Isaiah 55;11). See and imagine yourself welcoming back to life your dear loved one? Find out more about this resurrection online at JW.ORG

Our sincere condolences to all of you on the loss of your loved one. Please find comfort found in the words at Revelation 21:4 - And he (God) will wipe out every tear from their eyes (you and I), and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” May the God of all comfort provide your family the strength to cope with your loss. May this article bring you a measure of comfort: https://www.jw.org/en/publications/magazines/awake-no3-2018-nov-dec/

I want to offer my condolences to the Broadwater family and friends. It is a painful thing to lose a love one in death. Hebrews 4:15 says, For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tested in all respects as we have, but without sin." Yes, Jesus endured sufferings when on earth, including the pain of losing a love one (John 11:33,35,38). It has been promised from our God of comfort that sickness, pain, and death will be removed (Isaiah 33:24; 1 Corinthians 15:26; Revelation 21:4,5). An additional promise given is that all our loved ones in the memorial tombs will be awaken from asleep in death to enjoy life as our loving Creator purposed (Isaiah 26:19; Psalms 145:16). Allow these words to keep comforting you
