Services for Mr. Henderson were held on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Lexington Multipurpose Complex in Lexington, MS. Eulogy was done by Brother Buford and He was interred at Henderson Cemetery.

Was born on December 25, 1947 in Lexington, MS to the late Jack and Willie B. Henderson. He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and two brothers: Napolean Henderson, Dorothy Henderson Meeks, Rosetta Henderson, Will Henderson, and Margaret Henderson.

He attended school at Oak Grove Elementary and Mt. Olive Jr. High School. In later years, he moved to Chicago, IL at the age of nineteen and worked at Oscar Meyer Foods for ten years and sought a career in construction for Callahan Pavement where he retired. After retiring, he moved to Memphis, TN with his wife, Zenobia of 30 years.

Jack Henderson leaves to cherish his memories four sons and two daughters, Charles Woodson of Romeoville, IL; Antonio (Vanessa) Turner of Country Club Hills, IL; Audwin (Renee) Pipes of Indianopolis, IN: Michelle Henderson of St. Paul, MN; Alize Henderson and Bryant Henderson of Chicago, IL; three brothers, Henry (Paulette) Henderson and Otis Henderson of Chicago, IL; James (Victoria) Henderson and Dewayne Henderson of Chicago, IL; seven sisters, Ida (Frederick) Williams, Lendera Collins, Alize Bradley, Beatrice (Cleaster) Randle, Beulah (Michael) Brent, Causey (Edward) Johnson, and Loretta Horn; thirteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
