Mrs. Alice Mae Biggins-Williams born September 24, 1932 in Thomas County.  She was the oldest of two children born to the late Herbert and Arttie Biggins.   Due to the death of her mother, Alice was raised by the late E.K. and Rossie Mitchell of Thomas County. Mrs. Alice Williams entered into eternal rest after a lengthy illness on September 21, 2015, surrounded by two of her daughters at home.  Mrs. Alice Williams joined at an early age where she humbly served our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She joined the usher board #2. The Trinity Missionary Baptist church was her faith based place of worship until her illness.

Alice was married to the late Leonard Williams who precedes her in death.  She was also preceded in death by her brother Herbert “Jango” Biggins, one son James “Ginger” Clark, one daughter Bernice “Moe” Clark and her eldest grandson Stacey Bernard Hicks.

She leaves to cherish her memories,  Nettie Mae Biggins, Thomasville, Georgia, Tommy Lee ”Leely” Williams, and Linda Ann Rose, Boston Georgia, Angela Williams, Rochester, New York, and Theresa L. “Biggem” Williams, Thomasville Georgia.

 She also leaves to lament her passing,  eight grandchildren, Shakilah “Pookie” Williams, Kortney Rose, Dominic Williams, Detavius “Boot” Williams, Kemel Shepard, Brianna “Bri” Larkins, (A.J.), Vontrice Williams, and Tyreke Brown and six great grandchildren, Detavius Williams, Jr. Drayden Williams, Korian Smallwood, Amarion Larkins, Xalen James,  Evan Amir Williams, and Aubrey Larkins. She leaves behind one sister and three brothers, Christene Sneed, Thomasville, Georgia, Roscoe Prince (Laura), Cleo Mitchell (Juanita), and Andrew Mitchell (Cynthia), all of St. Petersburg, Florida. She also leaves one sister-in-law, Gracie Mae Biggins, Thomasville Georgia, also a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends, and a Special devoted caregiver Rasheeda Sherman.

Funeral Service for Alice Mae Williams will be held Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Trinity Baptist Church, Railroad Avenue, Boston, Georgia. Burial: Boston Community Cemetery, Boston, Georgia.

Public Viewing: 12:00-8:00 PM – Friday, September 25, 2015 in the BTW Chapel.
